Welcome to the ck10 platform. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and ck10. By starting to use the platform or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

These Terms have been prepared in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. If any language ambiguity arises, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

• If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must notify the support team immediately.

3.2 Updating Information

If any of your personal information changes (phone number, email, bank account, etc.), you must inform ck10 support as soon as possible. ck10 will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The payment method used to deposit funds into your account must be registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are generally processed instantly. Bank transfers (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank) may take slightly longer.
• Keep a screenshot of your deposit confirmation — you may need it if any issue arises.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after verification is completed.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → Total balance ৳2,200
• Deposit ৳10,000 → ৳5,000 bonus → Total balance ৳15,000 (bonus capped at ৳5,000)

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The bonus wagering requirement must be met based on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• All eligible games count toward wagering, though some games may contribute only partially.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified time after the bonus is issued, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Attempting to withdraw after accepting a bonus may result in the bonus being cancelled.

5.3 General Promotion Rules

• Each promotion applies for a specific period. Expired bonuses cannot be claimed.
• Claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts from the same household or IP address will be considered void.
• ck10 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• A maximum withdrawal limit may apply to winnings from bonuses — see the terms of the specific promotion.

6.1 Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a technical error produces an abnormal result, ck10 reserves the right to void that round.

6.2 Sports Betting

• Bets can be placed on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Markets are available for BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and ICC tournaments.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, specific rules regarding bet settlement will apply.
• Odds may change during live betting — the odds at the time the bet is confirmed are final.

6.3 VIP Program

ck10 has a five-tier VIP program for regular players:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

You can gradually move up to higher tiers through regular play. Additional benefits and promotions are available at each tier.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck10 platform. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited:

• Attempting to strategically withdraw bonus funds without meeting the wagering requirements (bonus abuse).
• Creating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
• Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to breach or hack the platform's software or gaming systems.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Harassing other users or engaging in inappropriate behavior.
• Attempting to create an account or complete verification using false information.
